Mr. Lonshein specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties in northern and central New Jersey markets.

Mr. Lonshein began his business career in the legal profession practicing law in New York City.  Moving into the real estate arena, he became a senior officer of Roosevelt Field Inc., an affiliate of Webb & Knapp, a premier public national real estate development and management company. Mr. Lonshein entered the real estate brokerage business with Williams Real Estate, an influential NYC management and leasing firm where responsibilities included the leasing of a portion of a portfolio in excess of 1,000,000 sq. ft. of West Side Manhattan properties. Simultaneously, during this period, he represented Citibank in the management and leasing of close to 1,000,000 sq. ft. of New Jersey industrial buildings. He then moved to the New Jersey office of Helmsley Spear until its demise, when he joined the Charles Klatskin Company (predecessor to Lee & Klatskin Associates) before coming to NAI James E. Hanson.
