Teterboro, N.J. – NAI Hanson Management, the property management arm of NAI James E. Hanson, has been selected to manage three new properties totaling more than 591,000 square feet across New Jersey and New York. The new assignments include:
- Golden Triangle Logistics Center, a newly constructed 535,603-square-foot industrial building in Middletown, New York.
- 41 Orchard Street in Ramsey, New Jersey, a 12,686-square-foot industrial/office property.
- 136-160 US 1-9 in Newark, New Jersey, a 43,560-square-foot industrial building.
NAI Hanson Management oversees more than 7.6M square feet of office, industrial, retail, and flex properties, as well as land, in 22 states across the country. The firm offers a full suite of property management services, including accounting, maintenance, tenant installation, construction management, project management, risk management, and more.
