NAI Hanson Promotes Lennon and Todd to Associate Vice President

Teterboro, N.J. (May 16, 2019) – NAI James E. Hanson announced that Patrick Lennon and Christopher Todd have been promoted to the role of Associate Vice President.

Since joining NAI James E. Hanson in 2013, Todd and Lennon have established themselves as leaders in the commercial real estate brokerage community and important team members at the Teterboro-based real estate firm. Their expertise in industrial sales and leasing have become relied upon by the area’s most prominent developers, investors, and tenants, while they have become trusted partners by NAI James E. Hanson’s senior leadership team.

Lennon, working on a team with Kenneth Lundberg, SIOR, Senior Vice President at NAI James E. Hanson, has helped to negotiate 100 deals totaling 2,956,177 sf, valued at $219,696,665 since joining the firm. In 2018 alone, their team completed 24 sale or lease transactions amounting to 1,157,933 square feet and over $114,000,000.

This experience has allowed Todd to help negotiate 43 industrial deals totaling 1,473,205 sf with a value of $130,539,514 over his career with NAI James E. Hanson.

Lennon holds a B.S. in Public Relations from James Madison and is currently attending the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University. Todd earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Manhattan College.
