Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces it has negotiated the sale of a 10,878-square-foot industrial/flex property located at 592 Hawthorne Avenue in Irvington, N.J.  NAI James E. Hanson’s Justin Allessio represented both the seller, Haenssler Realty Corporation, and the buyer, Irvington Industrial, LLC in the exclusive transaction.

Located just off Interstate 78 with convenient access to Interstate 280, the Garden State Parkway, Newark Liberty International Airport and the Port Newark-Elizabeth Marine Terminal, 592 Hawthorne Avenue combines 9,682 square feet of industrial/warehouse space with 958 square feet of office space. Irvington Industrial, LLC plans to utilize the building to support its manufacturing and distribution operations.
