Parsippany, N.J. (December 3, 2018) – NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based full-service commercial real estate firm, announces that Gates W. Frassetto has joined its Parsippany, N.J. office as a sales associate. Frassetto will work closely with the team of Josh Levering, SIOR and Barry Cohorsky, SIOR on office and industrial sales and leasing.
Prior to joining NAI James E. Hanson, Frassetto developed relevant work experience as an intern with Garden State Realty, LLC where he led market research initiatives working with various databases and municipalities. Additionally, Frassetto surveyed business parks to ensure up-to-date records regarding tenant occupancy. Frassetto graduated in May 2018 from The University of Alabama, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a specialization in real estate. As a dedicated student, Frassetto excelled academically in property management and real estate coursework.
