Leonia, N.J. – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces that Associate Vice President Jessica Curry, CCIM, and Senior Vice President Andrew Somple, SIOR, negotiated a 19,485-square-foot lease at 600 Willow Tree Road in Leonia, New Jersey, on behalf of U.S. Gymnastics Development Center (U.S. Gym Leonia).
Relocating from nearby 100 Leyland Drive in Leonia, U.S. Gym Leonia has served the local community since 1988, offering gymnastics and cheerleading training and classes for children of all ages and adults. Following the sale of its former building, the organization began a year-long search for a new facility that meets its unique needs, including high ceilings and a flexible layout.
600 Willow Tree Road is a 124,260-square-foot industrial building with a drive-in door, a tailgate, ample on-site parking, and a 1,500-square-foot air-conditioned mezzanine office space. The property is strategically located minutes from Routes 4 and 80, and the Interstate 95 corridor, providing convenient access to New York City.
“This was a unique search from the start. U.S. Gym Leonia needed a space that could accommodate a very specific use, and finding the right fit took patience and a clear understanding of their intricate needs,” said Curry. “600 Willow Tree Road checked every box from the ceiling height to the layout, and the proximity to their previous location makes the transition seamless for the families and athletes they serve.”
