Published annually, the NJBIZ Commercial Real Estate Power List recognizes the most influential leaders in New Jersey’s commercial real estate industry. Honorees are selected by the NJBIZ editorial staff based on the publication’s reporting throughout the past year, and this year’s list was featured in the Nov. 2 edition of NJBIZ.
Representing the third generation of family leadership, Hanson joined NAI James E. Hanson in 1986 and has served as President since 1993. Under his leadership, the firm has grown into New Jersey’s largest independent full-service commercial real estate firm, most recently expanding its geographic reach and capabilities through the 2025 acquisition of The Garibaldi Group and NAI Summit.
Garibaldi brings more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience to NAI James E. Hanson, having joined the firm in 2025 following a distinguished career with The Garibaldi Group, where he served as CEO. His expertise spans investment sales, landlord representation and corporate real estate consulting, with extensive experience representing major corporate clients and high-profile commercial properties throughout New Jersey and beyond.
