NAI Hanson Announces Office Lease with Global Synthetic Yarn Distributor in Wayne, N.J.

Wayne, N.J. (May 19, 2020) – NAI James E. Hanson announces it has successfully completed a new lease for 2,878 square feet of office space at Wayne Solar Center located at 1655 Valley Road in Wayne, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s W. Joshua Levering, SIOR, represented the tenant, United Yarn Products Co. in the transaction with the landlord, Signature Acquisitions.

Located at 1655 Valley Road, Wayne Solar Center is a Class-A, four-story, 156,941-square-foot office building situated in a premier office park environment. Building features include panoramic views, a grand granite lobby atrium and a full suite of amenities including a full-service cafeteria with indoor/outdoor dining areas, underground parking and award-winning on-site property management and ownership.

Levering stated, “United Yarn, founded in 1930 is a global yarn distributor that sources and sells various yarns products throughout the world to the home furnishings, apparel and industrial markets. Previously located in Paterson, N.J., United Yarn was searching for a modern, amenitized space that would support its operations and serve as a convenient location for its employees. I have had the opportunity to work with United Yarn over many years and with this move we wanted to help them make efficient use of this new space.”
