Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announced it has brokered the lease for 105,097-square-feet of industrial warehouse space located at 99 Hook Road in Bayonne, N.J. to fine furniture and antique transportation company, Tramo@Home. NAI Hanson’s Tom Vetter, SIOR and Jeff DeMagistris, SIOR represented Tramo@Home in the transaction.
Tramo@Home is relocating from 51 Hook Road to 99 Hook Road. The move nets the company another 63,000-square-feet of warehouse space for their growing business. NAI Hanson’s Vetter and DeMagistris found Tramo@Home their former 42,000 square foot Bayonne warehouse in 2012 and the company wanted the same team to represent them as they moved to a new, larger space.

99 Hook Road is a 500,166-square-foot industrial building in the Hudson waterfront industrial submarket. The building boasts 24’ ceiling heights and 40’x40’ column spacing. The large fenced lot has 100 industrial trailer spaces as well as 31 total loading docks. The location just off Route 440 offers superior access to Routes 78, 278 and 9 as well as I-95, The Bayonne Bridge and New York.
