Lundberg, SIOR, Steve Pastor and Patrick Lennon represented the seller, 1595 MacArthur Blvd., LLC in the transaction and negotiated a long-term lease deal to allow Dimensional Communications (“DCI”) to remain in the state-of-the-art facility which currently houses all of its operations.

The property is located less than one mile from Routes 17, 202, 287 and 87 as well as the New York State Thruway. The Garden State Parkway is approximately 10 minutes away and New York City can be reached in approximately 30 minutes.
