NAI Hanson’s Steven Leitner represented the landlord, A&M Partners, LLC, in the deal.
Global Delivery Service, Inc. is relocating to the 5,000-square-foot industrial building located at 146 Division Street in Hackensack from Palisades Park, N.J. The building boasts 22’ ceiling heights as well as tailgate loading and sufficient parking for the company’s package delivery service to operate efficiently.
“As e-commerce continues to drive the demand for faster package delivery services, the more we will continue to see companies like Global Delivery Service grow into larger, more efficient spaces. E-commerce and delivery companies need to be close to the population they are servicing,” said Leitner. “The relocation to Hackensack from Palisades Park and into the building at 146 Division Street will provide the tenant with the space and flexibility they need to continue to grow their operations and provides them immediate access to one of the more densely populated landscapes in the tri-state area.”
Hyst Realty Group, LLC co-brokered the deal. The property is located near I-80, I-95 and Routes 46 and 17.
