January, 2016 – NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, negotiated a restructured lease agreement for environmental engineering company, Weston Solutions, Inc. to remain in the Class A flex building located in the Federal Business Center at 205 Campus Drive in Edison, N.J. The new lease agreement enabled Weston Solutions to reduce their leased area while increasing the value of their lease agreement. NAI Hanson’s Barry Mayer and Art Hixson represented the tenant in the new lease agreement.
Weston Solutions, Inc. has been a tenant at 205 Campus for 15 years. The company, which is an employee-owned environmental management and engineering company serving federal, state and local governments wanted to stay in the same building while reducing their footprint from 19,500-square-feet. The space, located in Raritan Center, will be used primarily for office as well as a small portion which will be used for equipment storage.

Raritan Center boasts immediate access to Exit 10 on the New Jersey Turnpike, the crossroads of I-287 and 440, as well as superior access to the Garden State Parkway, and US Routes 1 and 9. There is also nearby passenger and freight rail.
