Tenants included an attorney, a medical device firm, a travel agent and an international industrial supply firm.
700 Plaza Drive is located within The Plaza at Harmon Meadow in Secaucus, N.J. and is a mixed-use office, commercial and residential complex featuring over two million square feet of corporate offices, a 14-screen movie theatre, seven hotels, a health club, convention center, numerous restaurants and over one million square feet of retail space.
These leases mark the latest transactions NAI Hanson’s team has negotiated on behalf of The Carlton Group at 700 Plaza Drive.
