Hanson’s leasing team of Andrew Somple, SIOR, Justin Allessio and Judy Troiano was able to partner with Charlotte, N.C. based NAI Southern Real Estate to co-broker the lease deal on behalf of the tenant, NUS Consulting Group.

The company has an office located at One Maynard Drive in Park Ridge, N.J., a Class-A office complex for which NAI Hanson has been the exclusive leasing broker since 2018. Due to the preexisting relationship between NAI Hanson and NUS Consulting Group at One Maynard Drive, the company engaged the team of Somple, Troiano and Allessio to help source space for their new satellite office in Charlotte, N.C.
