Productions to Lackawanna Center located at 629 Grove Street in Jersey City. NAI Hanson’s Russ Verducci, Eric Demmers and Steve Pastor partnered with Lackawanna Center’s in-house representative Brett Weinblatt to represent the landlord, Lackawanna Warehouse Corporation of New Jersey II, with in the transaction. Previously a railroad warehousing and distribution building, Lackawanna Center has been reimagined as an industrial and retail complex of 1.3 million square feet. The property offers a superior location adjacent to the Holland Tunnel with direct access to the NJ Turnpike, Routes 1,9 and 440, and the Pulaski Skyway.
Previously based in Hoboken, This Is It! Productions has managed events and programs across the tri-state area since 1994. The concept and event production company was searching for a new home that offered the exact combination of accessibility, flexibility and affordability found in Lackawanna Center to accommodate their growing full-service event management, marketing, and sponsorship business.
