NAI Hanson Negotiates Leases to Bring Chester, N.J. Office Building to Full Occupancy

Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces it has negotiated a 1,196-square-foot lease for Samson Management Services, LLC, a 1,176-square-foot lease with Vera Capital Management, LCC, an 818-square-foot lease with Bethel Way Guardians, LLC, and a 637-square-foot lease with International Brain Research Foundation, LLC to bring 1 Mill Ridge Lane in Chester, N.J. to full occupancy. NAI James E. Hanson’s Joe Vindigni represented the tenant and the landlord, MGHC Group, LLC, in the Samson Management Services, LLC, Vera Capital Management, and International Brain Research Foundation transactions. Vindigni represented the landlord in the transaction with Bethel Way Guardians.
