NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack, MSRE, and Randy Horning, MSRE, represented the landlord, SKS Investment, LLC in the lease transaction to Church of God Ministry of Jesus Christ International.
The one-story retail space, formerly built out as a bank, is located in the heart of Bergenfield’s Central Business District. It offers easy access to Routes 80, 4, 17 and the Palisades Interstate Parkway. New York City can be reached within 45 minutes.
The Church of God Ministry of Jesus Christ International had been searching for a location that was centrally located and easily accessible to better serve its members. This property’s close proximity to several highways, 42 parking spaces and handicapped accessibility made it the perfect location for the church.
