NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack, MSRE, and Randy Horning, MSRE, represented the landlord, 190 Main Street Associates, LLC in the lease transaction to Dental Health Care P.C.
190 Main Street is a multi-story office building located in the center of Hackensack providing excellent signage on Main Street. It offers easy access to Routes 80 and 46, with a 35-minute drive to New York City. The recently upgraded property features three offices, a reception/waiting room and ample front/side parking.
“The site was previously occupied by a dental practice (since 1989) and the dentist recently found someone to sell their practice to,” said Lizzack. “The space will continue to be used as a dental practice under the new ownership and lease agreement. Team Lizzack Horning was brought in to negotiate the reassignment and extension of the lease to the new tenant. “We were happy to assist in the smooth transition of this property to the new dentist.
