NAI Hanson’s Troiano Named to Leading Women Entrepreneurs’ Top 25 Intrapreneurs and Corporate Leaders List

Honor recognizes Troiano’s work in promoting advocacy and advancement for women in commercial real estate

 Teterboro, N.J. (October 11, 2019) – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest independently-owned New Jersey-based full service commercial real estate firm, has announced that Judy A. Troiano, CCIM, has been selected as one of Leading Women Entrepreneurs’ Top 25 Intrapreneurs and Corporate Leaders for 2019. The prestigious list honors women business owners and corporate leaders who excel in innovation and advocacy for women. Troiano will be honored at an event to be held on October 21st at the Liberty House in Jersey City.

Leading Women Entrepreneurs (LWE) is a networking organization that recognizes outstanding women in business and strives for their overall advancement. LWE seeks to connect and promote high-level women entrepreneurs and executives through its respected media partnerships and a variety of strategic networking, educational events, and retreats.  Their mission is to create a sustainable ongoing environment that brings leaders together and showcases their attributes and contributions.

Held annually, LWE’s Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs and Intrapreneurs Event highlights the women who excel in innovation and advocacy for women across all industries. Honoring the top 25 entrepreneurs and the top 25 intrapreneurs, women from a variety of industries are selected for their strong business acumen and ability to both influence and inspire within their respective fields of expertise. The awards also offer an opportunity for honorees to share their powerful stories and inspire those in attendance.

She is responsible for addressing clients’ needs across a broad range of services that include office and industrial sales and leasing, investment sales, and location and site selection advisory. Over her long and distinguished career, Troiano has executed a wide variety of transactions in locations from Carlstadt, N.J. to Moscow, Russia to Buenos Aires, Argentina working on behalf of a diverse slate of clients. Her professionalism, integrity, and unique insights have made her a trusted partner by clients throughout the world and have cemented NAI James E. Holding the industry designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Troiano is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate, including financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis for commercial real estate investment. Troiano also holds the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, awarded by the National Association of Realtors upon completion of international real estate courses as well as international real estate transactions. In addition to these designations, Troiano is a 2006 NAI Gold Club Member, and recipient of the 2009 and 2018 NAI Hanson Outstanding Performance Award. She has been a long standing member on the March of Dimes Real Estate Committee.

Additionally, Troiano has provided guidance and mentorship to fellow women through volunteering at the Ramapo College Business Camp, NAPW/ Score, and Applied Tech High School.
