Lerner Properties, LLC, a multigenerational family-owned commercial real estate development and management company, signed a lease renewal for 3,077 square feet of professional office space. A long-time tenant at 720 E. Palisade Avenue, the company decided to renew its lease for its meticulously built out space which provides easy access to their employees and nearby properties.
In addition, Team Lizzack-Horning negotiated a new lease with J Park Law Firm, LLC for a 1,650-square-foot office space. Relocating from a nearby property in Englewood, the firm has over 15 years of experience representing clients across a wide range of verticals including immigration law, criminal law, real estate law, inheritance law and commercial law.
