Fairfield, N.J. (October 28, 2020) – NAI James E. Hanson announces it has negotiated a lease for 10,400 square feet of industrial space located at 18 Commerce Road in Fairfield, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Scott Perkins, SIOR, and Chris Todd represented the tenant, Trible’s, in the transaction with RFP 18 Fairfield Associates, LLC, an entity controlled by The Richards and Robbins Group of Morristown, NJ.
Trible’s is a leading wholesale distributor of appliances, HVAC equipment/supplies, appliance parts, tools and accessories. With over 250 employees and 35 locations across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast, Trible’s provides quality customer service which has helped them maintain their position as an industry leader for over 100 years. Already based in Fairfield, Trible’s hoped to secure a new space in the area to meet their current needs that promised the same easy access to the tri-state market.
Situated between Interstate 80 and Route 46, 18 Commerce Road provides Trible’s with unparalleled connectivity to major regional transportation arteries to ensure the speedy delivery of products throughout the region. Further enhancing the building’s value proposition, 18 Commerce Road also boasts 24’ ceilings, one drive-in, and multiple loading docks to facilitate the efficient storage and distribution of goods.
“Relationships stand at the heart of our success in representing tenants across northern New Jersey,” said Perkins. “We had worked with Trible’s ten years ago to find their former home in Fairfield and when their needs changed, they knew there was only one company they trusted to help them find a home once again.”
