Hanson’s Scott Perkins, SIOR, and Chris Todd represented the tenant, Trible’s, in the transaction with RFP 18 Fairfield Associates, LLC, an entity controlled by The Richards and Robbins Group of Morristown, NJ.
Trible’s is a leading wholesale distributor of appliances, HVAC equipment/supplies, appliance parts, tools and accessories. With over 250 employees and 35 locations across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast, Trible’s provides quality customer service which has helped them maintain their position as an industry leader for over 100 years. Already based in Fairfield, Trible’s hoped to secure a new space in the area to meet their current needs that promised the same easy access to the tri-state market.
