Dallas, Texas-based Rubicon Representation represented Z Brothers Express, Inc.
Based in Fort Wayne, Ind., Z Brothers Express is a nationally operating trucking company specializing in transportation services including LTL services, truckload services, expedited delivery services and third-party logistics. Contracted with a client to provide warehousing and distribution services, Z Brothers Express was searchingfor a well-located industrial/flex space for a short-term lease deal coterminous with their client agreement and recognized 560-596 Bercik Street met their unique criteria.
