The building features proximity to Paramus’ premier shopping center, The Westfield Garden State Plaza, as well as accessibility to Route 17, Interstate 80 and the Garden State Parkway.
Hoping to find space to consolidate two OBGYN practices into one suite, the tenant tapped NAI James E. The property stood out to the tenant due to its easily accessible location and proximity to its existing patient base.
