Hackensack, N.J. (August 27, 2020) – NAI James E. Hanson announces it has negotiated a lease for a 7,400-square-foot building at 74 Green Street in Hackensack, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Dominic Fittizzi, represented the tenant, AGL Development LLC, and the landlord, 74 Green St. LLC, in the NAI James E. Hanson exclusive transaction.

Fittizzi had been retained by AGL Development LLC, a company that wires cell phone towers in the New York City market. The company was previously based at 150 Hobart Street in Hackensack but was searching for a space that better aligned with their ongoing needs. As Fittizzi was also representing 74 Green St. LLC, the landlord at 74 Green Street, a Hackensack-based industrial property, he was able to negotiate a transaction that allowed AGL Development to find their new home while ensuring the landlord’s 7,400-square-foot space did not see a single day of vacancy.

74 Green Street is a 7,400-square-foot industrial building standing at the gateway to downtown Hackensack. Boasting easy access to New York City, 74 Green Street lies just miles from the Essex Street NJ Transit station and features proximity to the George Washington Bridge, Lincoln Tunnel, and the region’s international and regional airports. Its superior accessibility and prime location will allow AGL Development LLC to continue servicing the New York City market.

“Having an exemplary knowledge of the trends as well as forging strong relationships within the northern New Jersey marketplace help me find the perfect fit for each of my individual clients,” said Fittizzi. “In negotiating this deal, I was able to leverage that high level of understanding of the Hackensack market to negotiate a deal that was mutually beneficial for both of my clients.”
