NAI James E. Hanson Negotiates Lease of 22,526-Square-Foot Industrial Building in Hackensack, N.J.

Hackensack, N.J. (May 12, 2020) – NAI James E. Hanson announces it has negotiated a lease for a 22,526-square-foot industrial building located at 105-111 S. State Street in Hackensack, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Patrick Lennon and Kenneth Lundberg, SIOR, as well as NAI Mertz’s Fred Meyer represented the landlord, Turabdin, in the transaction with the tenant, Advance Apparels, represented by Stevie Muller of Equity 3.

Highlighting the collaborative capabilities of NAI Global’s brokerage teams, the lease marks the second transaction negotiated by Lennon, Lundberg, and Meyer at 105-111 S. State Street. Previously, the team represented the owner in the sale of the building to Turabdin and now have represented Turabdin in their lease to Advance Apparels, a leading global supplier of women’s garments. women’s garments.
