Lodi, N.J. (July 7, 2022) – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces the lease of 1,608 square feet of medical space at 4 Hunter Street in Lodi, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning comprised of Darren Lizzack, MSRE, and Randy Horning, MSRE, represented the landlord, Sapna Investments, in the transaction with the tenant, Dr. Kenya Lazovik, LLC.
4 Hunter Street is a two-story, 14,500-square-foot medical office building with ample parking and an on-site bank. Ideally situated near downtown Lodi’s shopping centers, the property features a fantastic window line, proximity to Routes 21, 46 and Interstate 80 as well as easy access to over 600,000 residents within a five-mile radius.
The 1,608-square-foot space was previously occupied by Holy Name Hospital. Team Lizzack-Horning was selected to find a prospective healthcare tenant searching for a turn-key medical office. As part of their expansion plans, Dr. Lazovik took interest in the space due to its location among a large prospective patient base.
“Northern New Jersey’s population density makes it vital for relocating healthcare tenants to balance the need to find new patients with ensuring convenience for their existing patient bases,” said Lizzack. “Through highlighting its superior location and ease of access, we were happy to be able to secure a quality tenant for our client’s space and are proud to play a role in providing the community of Lodi with a valuable medical service.”
