Park Ridge, N.J. (November 14, 2018) – NAI James E. Hanson announces it has brokered a long-term lease for 8,000 square feet of office space with Wainscot Media at One Maynard Drive, a 139,000-square-foot Class-A office building in Park Ridge, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Andrew Somple, SIOR, Judy Troiano, CCIM, CIPS, and Justin Allessio represented the landlord, Sartek, in the transaction.

One Maynard Drive is a three-story, Class-A office building located in the highly desirable Upper Parkway submarket that features a diverse mix of businesses, restaurants, shops, hotels, and daycare centers. The amenity-rich building features a modern glass atrium, a full-service cafeteria with Wi-Fi service and seating on two floors, 750 Kw back-up generator, as well as on-site ownership, property management and day porter.

One Maynard Drive also boasts a strategic location with easy access to major transportation arteries including the Garden State Parkway, which is located less than a mile from the property. Route 17, Interstate 287, the New York State Thruway, and the Palisades Interstate Parkway are all within close proximity to the property and the entrance to the Tappan Zee Bridge is less than fifteen miles away. The space is also within walking distance to the Park Ridge Marriott, Lifetime Fitness & Spa and The Shoppes at DePiero Farm, a Wegmans-anchored shopping center.

Wainscot Media, a leading digital marketing and publishing firm with over 20 magazine titles, recognized that One Maynard’s ample amenities and modern design made the space uniquely suited to the needs of a modern publishing company. The building’s features and location will allow Wainscot to continue to grow their publications and attract top talent from throughout the Montvale area, where the company’s operations have been based since 2010.

“With a unique blend of accessibility, affordability and amenities, One Maynard truly stands out in this market and was an ideal choice for Wainscot Media as they searched for their new home,” said Somple. “Despite some of the negativity in the industry surrounding suburban office leasing, this deal reaffirms that well-positioned and marketed suburban office buildings can secure quality, long-term tenants and reach high occupancy rates.”

“In an effort to fast track deals, the landlord has demolished all the vacant space so that when a tenant comes to the property, they have a white canvas,” commented Justin Allessio. “We are prepared to do turn-key deals and go right to construction since the space is ready to go.”

Interested tenants should visit for more information about the property or contact NAI James E. Hanson listing brokers Andrew Somple, Judy Troiano or Justin Allessio at 201-488-5800.
