Renewal allows growing communications firm to reinvent their office design

Bridgewater, N.J. (May 13, 2020) – NAI James E. Hanson announces it has negotiated an office lease renewal at CenterPointe IV located at 1140 Route 22 East in Bridgewater, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Joshua Levering, SIOR, and Nick DePaolera represented the tenant, R&J Strategic Communications, in the transaction with Signature Acquisitions.

As R&J Strategic Communications was due for a renewal of their space at the time, the company engaged Levering and DePaolera to negotiate a lease renewal that would facilitate extensive renovations while ensuring minimal disruptions to their ongoing business. The brokerage team negotiated a renewal for the space while working with ownership, Signature Acquisitions to provide R&J Strategic Communications workable accommodations in temporary space within CenterPointe IV that would ensure R&J could remain on-site and run the business seamlessly during the renovations.
