Hanson’s Joe Vindigni represented the landlord, Robert McElroy, in this transaction with the buyer, DN Realty LLC.

The building’s full occupancy and excellent accessibility made it an attractive opportunity in the current market. The new owner plans to continue to operate the property as an investment vehicle.
