Hackensack, N.J. (June 5, 2018) – NAI James E. Hanson announced the promotion of Russell J. Verducci to Vice President. Verducci specializes in industrial transactions in the northern New Jersey marketplace with a focus on logistics, site selection, and cold storage.
Verducci joined NAI Hanson in 2005 and has had contributed significantly to the firm’s success since that time. Over the past year alone, Verducci has brokered several newsworthy leases, including three industrial leases of 130,963 square-feet, 95,643 square-feet and 45,408 square-feet at 629 Grove St. in Jersey City, N.J., a 119,268 square-foot industrial sublease in Newark, N.J., a total of 82,472 square-feet in lease renewals in Union, N.J., and most recently the lease of 25,190 square-feet of industrial space in the Meadowlands, in Carlstadt, N.J.
Additionally, Verducci has become one of the most trusted brokers in the refrigerated warehousing sector. Verducci’s knowledge and expertise in this asset class are regularly tapped by food users and building owners, including HelloFresh, Farmland Dairies, and W.B. Law Coffee among many others, to provide solutions to their real estate needs in the market.

He is also an active member of the Industrial & Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA), the International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses (IARW), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Newark Regional Business Partnership (NRBP), and is involved with the Newark Regional Business Partnership, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey.
