Parsippany, N.J. (December 15, 2015) – NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, announced that Andrew Kirshenbaum has recently joined the firm as a sales associate. Andrew will be located out of NAI James E. Hanson’s Parsippany office. Andrew will join the team of industry veterans Barry Mayer and Arthur Hixson.
Kirshenbaum will be responsible for assisting Mayer and Hixson with overseeing their current business activities in addition to learning the overall Morris County and surrounding marketplaces. Although current focus is mainly tenant representation, Andrew will be overseeing some existing clients of the firm and helping with database work, property supervision and some investment activities. Andrew’s focus will include the office and industrial sectors.
Prior to joining NAI Hanson, Andrew spent over 15 years in Manhattan in the advertising business with TargetCast TCM, Inc and Carat USA. His responsibilities included account management of Fortune 500 firms’ national advertising campaigns.

Kirshenbaum holds a B.S. from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. Previously from Manhattan, he currently resides in Short Hills, NJ with his wife and two children.
