Parsippany, N.J. (February 11, 2016) – NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based full service commercial real estate firm, announced today that Blaise P. Bozzelli will join its Morris County office, at its new Parsippany location as a sales associate. Bozzelli is a 25-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry and will focus on sales and leasing in the Northern New Jersey marketplace, specializing in office and industrial.
Most recently, Bozzelli spent 7 years with CRESA as a tenant representative, providing real estate project management services to the firm’s existing brokers and clientele. Specifically, Bozzelli was responsible for all commercial real estate on behalf of Ajilon Finance Corporation with over 260 facilities and offices throughout the United States. In addition, Blaise worked within Hollister Construction as Vice President of Business Development. His responsibilities included a teaming of Hollister with commercial real estate brokers and Fortune 500 Companies in the New Jersey and Tristate markets.

Bozzelli is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Industrial and Office real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA). He holds a Master’s Degree in marketing with a minor in finance from Fairleigh Dickenson University. He currently resides in Maywood, New Jersey.
