Parsippany, N.J. (September 28, 2016) – NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based full service commercial real estate firm, announced today that it has hired three new associates to join its growing team in Parsippany, N.J. Nicholas B. DePaolera, Sukhchain Sandhu and Lewis Dorf all join NAI Hanson’s Parsippany office as Sales Associates.
DePaolera will be working directly under the supervision of Senior Vice President, Joshua Levering, SIOR. DePaolera will be concentrating on office leasing, sales and investments in addition to industrial, flex and warehousing transactions. He will also be actively overseeing many of the marketing and representation assignments for various clients and customers in the tristate area. DePaolera is a Rutgers University graduate and was named to the Big East All-Academic Team as a Division 1 Lacrosse player. He was previously a Project Manager at KMC Mechanical, Inc.
Sandhu, who received his Commercial Real Estate Certificate from New York Real Estate Institute will be working out of the Parsippany office and will be focused primarily in Morris County specifically in retail leasing and sales. Sandhu comes to NAI Hanson with a wealth of customer service and sales experience from his time at Verizon Wireless and working at Mehtani Restaurant Group. Sandhu graduated from Punjab University in Chandigarh India.
Dorf, a thirty-year veteran of the advertising industry, began a career in commercial real estate in 2015 working with Team Recourses. Lew will be focusing on industrial sales and leasing in both the Essex and Union county marketplaces. He currently resides in West Orange with his family. Lew graduated from Hofstra University with a bachelor’s in Broadcast Journalism and Communications.
