Teterboro, N.J. – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, is proud to announce that Kim Kretowicz, Senior Vice President, Healthcare Practice Leader and Member of the NAI Global Healthcare Advisory Group, has been named a 2026 Influencer in Healthcare Real Estate by GlobeSt.
GlobeSt.’s Influencers in Healthcare Real Estate program honors the individuals, teams and organizations shaping the healthcare real estate sector through their contributions, transactions, projects and innovations. This year’s honorees are profiled on GlobeSt.com and will also be recognized during the GlobeSt. Healthcare Real Estate 2026 conference, taking place Dec. 2-3 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
With extensive industry experience, Kretowicz leads NAI James E. Hanson’s healthcare practice, advising health systems, physician groups, investors, developers and REITs on medical outpatient investment sales, physician sale-leasebacks and medical office leasing throughout New Jersey. Her notable assignments include being retained exclusively by the developer of what was then New Jersey’s largest medical outpatient portfolio to market its properties for individual sale. She also publishes Medical Real Estate Check-Up, her monthly newsletter providing healthcare real estate market insights and analysis to physicians, property owners and investors.
“Kim has quickly become an invaluable part of our team, and this recognition reflects the depth of knowledge and trust she brings to every assignment,” said William C. Hanson, SIOR, President of NAI James E. Hanson. “She understands the real estate and healthcare dynamics driving New Jersey’s market, and her clients benefit from that perspective every day. We’re proud to see her recognized among the industry’s most influential leaders and are excited about the continued growth of our healthcare platform under her leadership.”
“I’m honored to be recognized by GlobeSt. alongside so many leaders I respect in healthcare real estate,” said Kretowicz. “As health systems expand and investors evaluate new opportunities across New Jersey, it’s rewarding to help clients navigate the evolving healthcare real estate market and make informed decisions grounded in data and local knowledge. I’m grateful to Bill and the entire NAI James E. Hanson team for their support as we continue building our healthcare practice.”
Kretowicz also gives back, helping lead the pro bono marketing and sale of Mercy Center’s Main Street campus in Asbury Park, with proceeds supporting the nonprofit’s efforts to bring its anti-poverty, emergency assistance and educational programs together under one roof. Additionally, she actively mentors women in the industry through NAI James E. Hanson’s internship program and Women in Healthcare.
Kretowicz’s previous honors include being named to Kayo’s Top 24 in ’24: Leading Women in Real Estate Private Equity list. She has also appeared on Hall Render’s Health Care Real Estate Advisor Podcast and is a frequent speaker at conferences hosted by BOMA International, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum, Kayo and the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal.
