Teterboro, N.J. (July 9, 2020) – NAI James E. Hanson announces that Lorenzo Lambiase has received his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Farleigh Dickinson University in Florham Park, N.J. Through the completion of his MBA, Lambiase will be able to build on successes he has already had in the field and further leverage his expertise and knowledge on behalf of NAI James E. Hanson’s clients while continuing to develop a foundation for a strong career in commercial real estate.
Since joining NAI James E. Hanson last fall, Lambiase has become a key contributor on the industrial team of Kenneth Lundberg, SIOR, and Patrick Lennon, which operates out of the firm’s Teterboro office. Working closely with Lundberg and Lennon, Lambiase assisted with the sale and subsequent lease up of a 22,526-square-foot industrial building at 105-111 South State Street in Hackensack, N.J. He also helped close the lease of a 53,361-square-foot industrial building at 343 Murray Hill Parkway in East Rutherford, NJ.

Before joining NAI James E. Hanson, Lambiase worked as an associate at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services of Elmwood Park, N.J. In addition to his MBA, Lambiase also earned his undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Finance and Wealth Management.
