Ridgewood, N.J. (October 7th, 2021) – NAI James E. Hanson announces it has negotiated a lease for 4,200 square feet of office space at 615 Franklin Turnpike in Ridgewood N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning led by Darren Lizzack, MSRE, and Randy Horning, MSRE along with Associate David M. Ukleja represented both the landlord, RDOMY Realty LLC, and the tenant, The Ridgewood Conservatory, in the transaction.

The Ridgewood Conservatory (TRC) is Bergen County’s finest school for the performing arts with a robust lineup of music, voice, and dance programs ranging from classical and musical theater to pop, rock, R&B, and jazz. TRC’s superior educational offerings are made possible through its experienced team of professional performers and educators qualified with master’s degrees and extensive teaching credentials. Having served families from all over northern New Jersey since opening in 1998, TRC will be relocating to 615 Franklin Turnpike to be closer to its staff and students.

Totaling just over 11,000 square feet of professional and medical office space, 615 Franklin Turnpike features frontage on Route 17 and is easily accessible to Route 208, Interstate 287 and the Garden State Parkway. The building’s highly visible location and ample parking will ensure convenience for TRC’s students and staff in the Bergen County area while its well-maintained and flexible spaces will be able to efficiently accommodate the school’s wide range of programs.

“As in-person education returns, places like The Ridgewood Conservatory will increasingly be looking for spaces that provide the best combination of quality and accessibility,” said Lizzack. “We are pleased to leverage our expertise of the northern New Jersey market to find that combination for TRC at 615 Franklin Turnpike in their new home.”
