The recognition marks the second consecutive year the firm has been named among the top five.
Held annually, the NJBIZ Best Places to Work in New Jersey program celebrates companies that empower employees, promote a healthy work-life balance and encourage career growth. Rankings are determined through an evaluation of each company’s workplace practices, programs and benefits, along with a confidential survey of its employees conducted by Best Companies Group.
