NAI James E. Hanson Announces Two New Office Leases in Secaucus, N.J.

Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces two newly completed office leases at Harmon Meadow Office Center located at 700 Plaza Drive in Secaucus, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Josh Levering, SIOR, represented the landlord, Carlton Strategic Ventures, LLC, in both transactions. Nicole Nannola of CBRE represented One Main Financial in its 2,660-square-foot lease and Stephen Graziano of Colliers represented Integrity Staffing Solutions in its 1,500-square-foot lease.

700 Plaza Drive is a nearly 47,000-square-foot office building located within Harmon Meadow, one of New Jersey’s premier office, hotel and retail complexes featuring approximately 2 million square feet of office space, nine hotels, abundant dining options, a 61,000-square-foot expo center and a movie cinema.  The Harmon Meadow Complex boasts unrivaled access to Route 3, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Lincoln Tunnel and is less than five miles from Manhattan.

Since 2017, Levering has served as the exclusive broker for 700 Plaza Drive and has been instrumental in over 12 new leases and other services to help attract premier tenants in need of high-quality office space.
