Sparta, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces it has negotiated a lease for a 12,290-square-foot industrial/flex space located at 6 Aaron Way in Sparta, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Senior Vice President John Schilp represented the owner, Berardi Building Company, and the tenant, Admiral Metals, in the exclusive transaction.

Founded in 1950, Admiral Metals is a leading metals processor and distributor offering aluminum, beryllium copper, brass, bronze, copper, and stainless steel as well as precision cutting, grinding and extrusion services. Admiral Metals currently operates out of nine regional locations throughout the eastern United States including an office in Staten Island that will be relocated to 6 Aaron Way.

“The northern New Jersey market is continuing to emerge as a viable alternative to New York City’s ever-increasing rents,” said Schilp. “I am pleased to help Admiral Metals find a new location that better supports the needs of their business while further driving occupancy at this exceptional property.”

Situated within White Lake Commerce Park, 6 Aaron Way is a newly-constructed 27,000-square-foot industrial property boasting easy access to Routes 15 and Route 206 as well as Interstate 80. The space includes four 14’ drive-in doors, a 24’ clear ceiling height, column-free spacing, ample storage space and convenient on-site parking. John Schilp has overseen leasing and sales at White Lake Commerce Park since Berardi Building Company began construction in 2019.
