Waldwick, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces it has negotiated the sale of a 3,600-square-foot retail building located at 53 Franklin Turnpike in Waldwick, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Anthony J. Cassano and Dick Hecker represented the seller, Villa Restaurant Properties, Inc., in the transaction with the buyer, Chase.

As part of the company’s ongoing expansion in New Jersey, Chase plans to convert the property into a new branch, its first in Waldwick, to give customers increased access to its wide range of personal and commercial banking services.

Located at the busy intersection of the Franklin Turnpike and East Prospect Street, 53 Franklin Turnpike features a flexible 3,600-square-foot retail building equipped with a drive-thru lane and ample on-site parking. The property is located just a half mile from the Waldwick Train Station and boasts close proximity to several restaurants and eateries including Dunkin’, Nellie’s Place, Limoncello and Allendale Social.
