35-47 Lewis Avenue is a 0.77-acre level, flat lot with new pavement and fencing near the Tonnelle Avenue traffic circle, Routes 1, 9, 139 and 440and Interstate 280, as well as the New Jersey Turnpike. Featuring an electric gate, the site also contains an existing ± 3,000 SF service garage on the north side of the property.
Hoping to capitalize on the high demand for heavy industrial lots in prime locations such as Jersey City, the landlord tapped NAI James E. Hanson as the exclusive broker for the property. Working with their extensive list of local contacts, the firm secured a match between the landlord and Veolia Water Contract Operations USA, Inc. The tenant intends to use the property for its field operations in Jersey City.
