Harrison and Kearny, N.J. – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces the $156.3M sale of a six-property, 48.7-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) portfolio located in Harrison and Kearny, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Scott Perkins, SIOR, CCIM, Christopher Todd, SIOR, and William Ericksen, CCIM represented the buyer, Ambient Capital Partners, in the transaction.

The portfolio comprises 310 Manor Avenue, 505 Manor Avenue, 401 Supor Boulevard and 500 Supor Boulevard in Harrison and 129 Sanford Avenue and 433 Bergen Avenue in Kearny. Situated less than 10 miles from Port Newark Elizabeth, the portfolio offers exceptional regional connectivity through Route 280 and the New Jersey Turnpike.

Based in Chicago, Ambient Capital Partners is a real estate investment platform specializing in supply chain real estate with deep expertise in low coverage, high-flow-through IOS properties.
