NAI James E. Hanson’s Anthony Cassano, Vice President, represented both the landlord, 101 Portland Ave, LLC, and the tenant, New Grand Supermarket, in the transaction.
Located within an active strip in the heart of Bergenfield, 101 Portland Ave is a one-story, 9,694-square-foot shopping center with unrivaled access to over 170,000 residents within a three-mile radius. Directly across the street from the Bergenfield Middle School, New Grand Supermarket’s newly renovated space boasts 35’ frontage, modern roof-mounted HVAC units and ample on-site parking.
Earlier in 2022, NAI James E. Hanson also negotiated a 2,450-square-foot lease with SportsCare Physical Therapy at the property. The lease with New Grand Supermarket brings the shopping center to fully leased.
