Chester, N.J. (April 22, 2022)NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces it has negotiated the lease of a 3,000-square-foot office space at 360 Route 24 in Chester, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Joseph F. Vindigni represented both the landlord, 46 Hillside Ave, LLC, and the tenant, Edens Law Group, LLC, in the transaction.

Positioned in the heart of Morris County, 360 Route 24 is a 26,000-square-foot professional office building that features a picturesque setting, new renovations, abundant parking, and easy access to Routes 10, 24, 78, 80, 202, 206, and 287. Recent renovations include a large reception area, new carpet and paint, an improved and well-maintained elevator, as well as private offices and entrances.

In addition to representing Edens Law Group in its lease at 360 Route 24, NAI James E. Hanson also represented the firm in the sale of its 3,000 square feet of office space at their previous location at 310 Route 24 in Chester, N.J. Through the sale, the law firm hoped to capitalize on the demand for quality office space within Morris County. Once that sale was completed, Vindigni found the tenant a new home at 360 Route 24, which is another NAI James E. Hanson exclusive listing. As a result of both NAI James E. Hanson’s thorough marketing strategy and 360 Route 24’s charming, yet easily accessible location, the tenant was able to quickly secure a new home for its family law office in the same local area.

“Playing a vital role in a company uprooting and moving itself is always a delicate situation to work through,” said Vindigni. “In many cases, you don’t get to be involved in the process from start to finish. To be involved in both the sale of their previous location and now the lease of their new office space is a wonderful thing. It helps to illustrate how our expertise in the office market and thorough understanding of a client’s unique needs directly translates to positive results for those involved.”
