Hanson also represented the firm in the sale of its 3,000 square feet of office space at their previous location at 310 Route 24 in Chester, N.J. Through the sale, the law firm hoped to capitalize on the demand for quality office space within Morris County. Once that sale was completed, Vindigni found the tenant a new home at 360 Route 24, which is another NAI James E. Hanson exclusive listing. As a result of both NAI James E. Hanson’s thorough marketing strategy and 360 Route 24’s charming, yet easily accessible location, the tenant was able to quickly secure a new home for its family law office in the same local area.
