Centrally located in Morris County, the property features proximity to Routes 10, 24 and 202 as well as Interstates 80 and 287.
Tapped as the exclusive brokerage firm for the property, the team of Perkins, Todd and Ericksen utilized their global contacts to act quickly for the landlord and secure a tenant that could bring the building to full occupancy, doing so in less than nine months’ time. The tenant, an international provider of IT equipment rentals, chose the property to establish their ninth global-facility, and North-American HQ. They plan to use the space to house equipment for events the company hosts throughout the country.
