Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces the sale of a 33,000-square-foot industrial building at 60 Railroad Avenue in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Andrew Somple, SIOR, and Justin Allessio, arranged for the transaction between buyer and seller.

Situated on 1.47-acres just off Route 17 North, 60 Railroad Avenue is one-story, 33,000-square-foot industrial building featuring 16’-35’ ceiling heights, six drive-ins and 400 amps of power. Located just eight miles from the George Washington Bridge, the property also offers proximity to Routes 3, 46, Interstate 80 and the New Jersey Turnpike. The building is fully leased to five tenants.

Looking to divest assets from their New Jersey real estate portfolio, the seller chose NAI James E. Hanson to utilize their extensive list of local contacts to secure a buyer. The buyer took interest in the property’s premier location in the meadowlands submarket and will use the asset as an investment.

“There continues to be strong demand for well-located industrial buildings, certainly in central Bergen County,” said Somple. “As always, there’s a strong commitment by both parties to secure the best value possible in a given transaction. We’re proud to has provided the services needed to bridge that gap and secure value for both buyer and seller.”
