Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces the sale of a .62-acre lot at 137 Route 17 South in Paramus, N.J. NAI James E. Hanson’s Jonathan Kristofich, John Schilp and Sigmund Schorr represented both the buyer, RT 17 DEV, LLC, and the seller, RT 17 & Gertrude Paramus, LP, in the transaction.

Located along a highly trafficked highway in the number one retail zip code in the United States, 137 Route 17 South has been approved for the construction of a 2,000-square-foot Dunkin Donuts drive-thru. The property features proximity to the Garden State Plaza as well as major roadways including Routes 4, 80 and the Garden State Parkway.

Throughout a nearly three-and-a-half-year process due to pandemic-related delays and zoning board closures, NAI James E. Hanson leveraged its full slate of services to bring the sale of 137 Route 17 South across the finish line. The property will be combined with a neighboring parcel at 134 Gertrude Avenue that NAI James E. Hanson also helped its client purchase in 2021 to form the pad site for the Dunkin Donuts.
