Teterboro, N.J. – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, is proud to share that President William C. Hanson, SIOR received the Legacy Award from the New Jersey chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). Hanson was recognized at the organization’s 2024 President’s Awards and Hall of Fame Reception held on November 4 at the Jewel Box at Gateway in Newark, N.J.
The annual NAIOP NJ President’s Awards and Hall of Fame Reception honors members who have made significant contributions to the state’s commercial real estate community. The Legacy Award celebrates leaders who have made an indelible mark on the industry and NAIOP over their careers.
“Throughout my career, I have been proud to support NAIOP NJ’s work to advance New Jersey’s commercial real estate industry,” said Hanson. “It’s a tremendous honor to receive NAIOP NJ’s Legacy Award and I look forward to continuing to work closely with my fellow members to help the organization continue to reach new heights.”
Hanson has been a member of NAIOP NJ for more than two decades and currently serves as a Chapter Trustee. He is also a member of the Political Affairs Committee and a strong supporter of the Developers PAC.
