Teterboro, N.J. – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces the promotion of Christopher Todd, SIOR, to Managing Director, Institutional Services.
Since joining NAI James E. Hanson in 2013, Todd has earned a reputation for delivering trusted service backed by superior local market knowledge to many of the nation’s leading institutional real estate investors and dozens of local and national businesses. Working closely on a team with industry veteran Scott Perkins, SIOR, CCIM, and recent addition, William Ericksen, CCIM, Todd has helped complete over 60 transactions with institutional clients valued at nearly $400 million since 2017.
Todd’s work has earned him the trust of an ever-growing list of the nation’s top institutional investors including AEW, Ares Industrial Management, Bridge Logistics Properties, Brookfield, CenterPoint, Realterm and Terreno. In his new role as Managing Director, Institutional Services, Todd will build upon his success as he continues to help institutional investors accomplish their real estate goals in the competitive northern New Jersey market.
