Teterboro, N.J. – NAI James E. Hanson, the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, announces the hiring of Kimberly Kocur as Senior Vice President of Corporate Services.
Prior to joining NAI James E. Hanson, Kocur served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Services at NAI Global. During her over 30-year career at NAI Global, Kocur was consistently one of the top producers successfully completing approximately 1,500 real estate transactions in over 300 markets valued at over $1B in gross value. Kocur brings deep experience in representing Fortune 500 companies spanning industries including financial services, food and beverage and consumer goods, in many of the nation’s most challenging and complex markets.
In her new role, Kocur will leverage her decades of experience to develop and maintain strong customer relationships with corporate clients, negotiate and close transactions on their behalf and strategically implement new procedures to strengthen NAI James E. Hanson’s corporate services capabilities across northern New Jersey.
